401Kidz is dedicated to providing kids with fun tools to
build their financial skills. To ensure that a parent or guardian consents to
their childs use of the 401Kidz website, products and services, we request the
name and email of a parent or guardian for children under the age of 13.
401Kidz notifies parents or guardians via email of their childs registration
and affords them the opportunity to delete their childs account from the

401Kidz Privacy Policy
- This policy covers 401Kidz
treatment of personally identifiable information that 401Kidz collects
when you are on the 401Kidz site, when you use 401Kidz product or
services. This policy also covers treatment of any personally identifiable
information that 401Kidz partners share with 401Kidz.

401Kidz collects personally
identifiable information when you resister at the 401Kidz site, register to
participate in games, contests, promotions, sweepstakes or use 401Kidz
products and services. 401Kidz may also receive personally identifiable
information from our business partners.

When you register with
401Kidz we ask your name, email, birth date and zip code. Once you sign on
to 401Kidz you are not anonymous to us.

registers, we collect the same information, in addition to the name and
email of their parent or guardian. This information is required so that we
may notify parents or guardians that their child has registered and
provide them with the opportunity to remove the childs account from our
system.

401Kidz uses this information
to create and maintain accounts and notify users of new products.

401Kidz automatically receives
and records information on our server logs from your browser including
your IP address, 401Kidz cookie information and the page you requested.

Under the Children's Online
Privacy Protection Act, no web site operator can require, as a condition
of participation in an activity, that a child under the age of 13 disclose
more information than is reasonably necessary. 401Kidz abides by this
requirement.
Information Sharing and Disclosure

any of its users personally identifiable information to anyone.

can send an email to account-remove@401Kidz.com
to request deletion of their child's account.

about a child may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after
a request for deletion of that child's account. This may be the case even
though no information about that account remains in our active user
databases.
